1. About ITCHubs

IT Computer Hubs is an ISO 9001:2015 certified IT education institution operating since 2015, with branch centres across Haryana, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar.

Our mission is to provide quality computer education and contribute to making India digital.

2. Enrolment & Eligibility

• Enrolment is open to all individuals who meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the selected course as communicated by the respective branch.
• Students enrolling in courses are required to submit valid identity and address proof documents as part of the registration process.
• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable fees and submission of required documents.

3. Fees & Payments

• Course fees are communicated at the time of enrolment and may vary by branch and programme.
• Payments may be made online via our payment gateway or offline directly at the branch centre.
• All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by an authorised ITCHubs representative.
• In the event of overpayment or a technical error in online payment, refund requests must be raised within 7 days by contacting help@itchubs.in with proof of transaction.

4. Courses & Certification

• ITCHubs reserves the right to modify course content, duration, or delivery format at any time, with reasonable notice provided to enrolled students.
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the programme, including attendance requirements and examination criteria as defined by ITCHubs.
• Certificates remain the intellectual property of IT Computer Hubs and may be verified through our online certificate verification portal at certificate-verification.itchubs.in.
• Any attempt to forge, alter, or misrepresent an ITCHubs certificate is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Code of Conduct

Students and visitors are expected to:

• Treat staff, teachers, and fellow students with respect
• Not engage in any form of academic dishonesty, cheating, or plagiarism
• Not disrupt the learning environment at branch centres or online
• Comply with branch-specific rules and regulations

ITCHubs reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrolment of any student who violates the code of conduct, without refund of fees.

6. Website Use

• All content on itchubs.in including text, images, logos, course materials, and certificate designs is the intellectual property of IT Computer Hubs and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
• ITCHubs is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ITCHubs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or enrolment in our programmes.

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant course.

8. Franchise Partners

Individuals or entities operating ITCHubs franchise centres are bound by separate franchise agreements. These Terms do not supersede or replace any franchise agreement in place.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your enrolment with ITCHubs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnal, Haryana.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the website or enrolment in our programmes after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
